The property is ideal and clean with exceptionally nice staff. the location is wonderful and beautiful, close to tourist attractions like Skycab, Seven Wells Waterfall, Langkawi Cable Car, and Sky Bridge.

Restaurant is not always open, staff could have been more active, the billing of receipts was often more important than a customer request.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and included, the service was outstanding, and the food options were diverse, and wake-up calls were provided for free.

The small villas are spacious and comfortable; as the complex is very large, they are passed through in small shuttle buses, which works well. Ideal for us to relax after a trekking tour. If you want to explore the area - or go to one of the surrounding restaurants in the evening - a rental car is recommended.

Very nice hotel complex with a private beach, near the rainforest and good restaurants. The pool area is also very nice. Beach chairs on the beach as well as at the pool were free and actually available at all times. Equipment and view of the houses on the sea really fantastic.

Hotel shuttles on the site, some still old diesel. The new electric shuttles are much more pleasant.

The hotel is located in a shopping area near attractions like Oriental Village, Skycab, Sky bridge, and Seven Wells. The room was upgraded, fashionable, and located on the water.The breakfast was hearty and included chicken.

The rooms were recently refurbished and decent sized, with very big beds. Fine fruit juice, coffee, and tea were served at the café. - the hotel is located in a remote setting surrounded by many restaurants.

It's very beautiful place for relax

We enjoyed everything! (Even the rain). There were a lot of refurbishment going at the resort and our initial chalet was next to one that was undergoing noisy renovations. The management were very good to upgrade us to a beautiful seaside chalet. All I had requested on Booked.net were entertained.

There were maintenance work going on during our visit and internet was not available in the room. On the bright side, that prevented me from doing too much office work while I was on holiday.

The setting is stunning and exceptional. It's near bars and restaurants, the cable car, and sky bridge, as well as the wonderful nature of Langkawi. you can walk to Oriental Village Theme Park. Appreciated this place - would book here again. Thank you.

The setting here is incredible, right by the sea 😍. They serve a nutritious breakfast with options like chicken, omelettes, and fresh fruits.

We stayed at the Berjaya Resort, Langkawi during Feb 2012 for 6 nights. We had booked 2 Superior Chalets but requested interconnecting rooms (with children 13 &9 ) & ones near the lobby as I know all the one near the lobby have been re modenised so free up grades ;-) About the resort: The resort’s landscape is one of its biggest attractions. Spread across acres, the resort is bordered on one side by a private beach with powdery white sand and the clear seas. The rest of the resort is nestled amidst the lush green rainforest offering a wide variety of rooms to choose from - Sea View or Rainforest View ect with birds monkeys and all sorts of wildlife. The recommended Pahn Thai restaurant, is stunning and the food was wonderful ( as is all the restaurants on resort ) the Thai its located at one end of the resort, At Berjaya one has to get the resort’s pick up & drop service Contrary to the reviews I had read of long waiting time we had a pleasant experience. The service was extremely prompt during our entire stay. we didn’t have to wait for more than a few minutes Rooms: Our room (7101-7102 was located in the midst of the rainforest. The rooms (suites) was spacious, neat & tidy and had a private sit outs and was down a steep hill to the lobby but close enouch to walk. Service: Fantasitc staff always smiling Prompt, courteous, helpful and warm. Have nothing to complain about at all some of the nicest staff i hav ever met. Had a wonderful stay at Berjaya and would highly recommend the same to fellow travellers. Location: The resort is a 15-20 minute drive from the airport on a secluded part of the island.
